@Montreal Canadiens

He’s such a beauty..

OK Guys, the Montreal Canadiens were in Philadelphia last night for a game against the Flyers. The Flyers would win this game in a shootout 3-2, however the big news after the game was the press conference with John Torterella. He called out a member of the Flyer’s media for pinning some unwarranted drama on former Flyer Kevin Hayes.

The articles that were in the video were screenshots from Habsfanatics.com, I highly reccommend you to check out this site for further Habs News,

Let me know whatcha think of this one down in the comment section!

  1. Not usually a fan of Tort, but he's good for certain types of players. He's not afraid to call things out – you always know where you stand with him. That style works for a while until it doesn't.

  2. 'You know what I like the most about mornings?' Is when I'm behind in my hockey Junkie videos, and I get to watch 5 straight videos and catching up. For the record I do like Torts no nonsense approach.
Also I'm glad Hockey Junkie is a Habs fan, I love this channel. Beauty videos.

I hit the Like button with two thumbs, anything is is possible!

  3. I went to the Laval Rocket game instead of watching the habs. Even if they lost in OT we had at least a good show. Wawa was on fire

  4. Torts has been a darling of media and fans for the sound bites and no non-sense approach. Sadly, lots of people remember his short stint with the Canucks and THAT incident, and he may always be perceived as a loose cannon by some. My take is the flyers did a mistake by hiring Torts, because he is too good of a coach. The flyers are overachieving and they should have bottomed out in the standings a few more seasons to fill the cupboards with high-end talent.

  5. I was there in my #72 Arber Xhekaj jersey. My 9-year old son's first hockey game. Not much to cheer about after the first 5 minutes. Was still fun for us, though.

  6. Not an absolute fan of Torts, for his kinda old-school brand of hockey, his many not-so-justified bouts of anger on the bench (which i admit are probably the funniest to watch in the whole league), and his maybe lack of patience with youngsters at times, but i LOVE that he constantly proves to his players how much he cares. Above all else he's a truly decent human being.

  7. Possibly the least deserved point in the history of organized hockey. Didn’t look anything like the team that beat the Rangers in a shootout. A stinker. Turn the page.

  8. Another game where the ref directly impacted the outcome of this game, though it's no excuse for Mtl being asleep for most of the game.

  9. I agree 100% they were horrible ,Even our first line was really bad.it was hard to watch we need to get bigger and more skilled bad drafting.over and over ever year.shamful 😢.

  10. He has an absolute hockey guy , nothing but respect for him , Great that even when in disagreement STILL takes time to defend a player.

  11. Torts was kind enough to not name him, but everyone in that room knew there's a village whose idiot got loose. Now more know. The joy of it all.

  12. I like anyone that doesn't pussy foot around the subject and tells you like it is.

Having said that, very boring game by the Habs, only bright spot was Primeau.

    Trade Allen already!

  13. I just wish they weren't so Effin' erratic. One minute they look like a playoff team, the next, they play like they're on acid.

  14. I’m not sure whether to love or hate the guy but, it is refreshing to hear someone speak their mind. What’s the point of tuning in for the same, programmed responses?

  15. How many times is Baron gonna be flopping around like a fish as a puck goes in the net? Why does this guy have such a long leash?

  16. As a bruins fan I’m always praying on the downfall of the Habs, but I like this channel. Keep up the good work man

  17. Would like to know what you think of primeau right before his first goal. Almost seems like he gives up and turns around and watches them shoot the puck in. Also noticed again in the 3rd period about 8min in tibbet rung it off the post and he stood up and looked at it go to the boards all defeated and they almost got another shot off. He had a amazing night but holy guacamole seeing him think the puck went in the net and give up for the first goal hurt my soul.

  18. Imagine being there got out shot 2-1 !!! Truly Sucked I was there with my two kids beauty seats but nah these guys shit the bed. not fun losing in that shit hole. Then again that lil bundle of joy made my daughters night by flipping her a puck.

  19. Primeau has got to go. He has no glove hand. He is often out of position/overcommitting. He is NEVER going to be the guy and we can get a better goalie of waivers apparently. No lead ever feels comfortable with this guy in net. How much time, money and effort have we put into this guy? Package this guy up and ship him off.
