New York has now lost 3 straight games for the first time all season. The Blue Shirts look to bounce back against the Caps on Saturday.

I've been trying to defend him all season but Igor has become a liability. Someone needs to figure out what the hell is going on with him and quick. He's letting in way too many soft goals. Don't get me wrong his defense is failing him miserably as well but when you're an elite goaltender you have to assume everyone is going to fail you and still come up with the highlight reel saves. Trust me I'm a goalie myself. He has let up some very soft goals lately. That first one was pathetic. I honestly think Quick needs to be the starter now and Igor the backup till someone can figure out what's going on with him.
Team been broken since beginning of 2024
They’re incapable of shutting any team down. Even San Jose.

This team is sounding kinda delusional thinking they played a decent game this performance was pretty gutless I get they are missing a few guys but they are not playing responsibly at all claiming they know what their issues are and we gotta focus on Defense yet they are playing wide open like vally says he’s kinda the only one calling them out and being somewhat truthful very concerning that laviolette and the players thinking that is an acceptable game soft gutless team right now

Valley is spot on. Telling the hard truth and not sugar coating it. For example, Rangers had a lot of shots, but his counter argument in saying that the other team goalie has out performed and out of those shots taken, how many were high danger scoring chances or screens.
