Are you sure Quinn is the right coach to be building an atmosphere that fosters learning from the vets, building a brotherhood, and fostering emerging talent (in a way that it grows to it's full potential)? To break it down: Is Quinn a good coach for a rebuild? I ask because I never thought he was a good fit in San Jose.
P.S. If the Sharks don't keep Zetterlund, Ferraro, and Blackwood beyond this season, then I will be confused and heart broken. Those three and Hertl are going to be the building blocks for this team to grow and succeed, IMO.
