I mean, when they’re playing disciplined, mistake-free hockey, they are absolutely capable of making a playoff run as they stand right now. But obviously the last couple weeks have shown that that’s not the case yet. But I can taste it being right around the corner for this team. Especially if they can make some key plays and trades for some strong defensive pieces, they’re right there. Watching the defense this season has been making me want to rip my hair out lol

Far? I would say that they’re on the fringe of playoffs…. if they play like they want it, they’re in, and if they play like 4 out of the last 5 games, well, they can be on the couch next to us watching the playoffs.

I’m not even sure Armstrong has his core together yet. We’ll see who gets contracts this off-season, specifically on D.

I wouldn’t say far at all. Need a top center to put between Keller and schmaltz and a couple defenseman. Getting a long term goalie settled would be nice too.
