Per Walt Ruff, PK in the concussion protocol.
Rod Brind’Amour says that Pyotr Kochetkov is in concussion protocol after having to exit last night’s game.
Yaniv Perets will be recalled later today.
As for Jaccob Slavin and Teuvo Teravainen, the decision to keep them off the ice today was just to give them an extra day. pic.twitter.com/8KDRrbWy2j

Fuck
Orlov how could you do this to us question mark
Orlov better be buying PK steak dinners for months.. fucking hate seeing d-men hit players directly into their goaltender, its just the stupidest thing to do. we need to go after Markstrom/Merzlikins/Mrazek or someone bc sheeeeeeesh we need help
I’m hoping it’s not too bad since he drove home last night
Well that’s not great, but I guess could be worse. Should hopefully be short compared to something more serious.
I’m a little nervous about Slavin. I don’t remember seeing him on the ice the last 5ish minutes last night and was curious if I missed something.
Let’s bite the bullet and get thru this long weekend with Raanta vs. the Pens and Kings. After that their next game isn’t till next Friday night. If PK needs a week or two more then I’d get uncomfortable but, while I think both games this weekend are winnable with the way the team is playing recently (plus the Kings are in a free fall) , hypothetically splitting two games this weekend will not be the end of world here.
Not ideal. Hopefully he comes out of it playing the way he’s been playing. If not…
Wishing the best for PK.
Honestly, I’ve suppressed this feeling for a while but I’m getting pretty sick of how cheap our org is when they are doing so well revenue-wise. We should have had another **NHL** goalie a month ago.
*GODDAMN IT*
Imagine the unreal shit he’s talking to Orlov currently.
My Pyotr Motor:(
Hopefully it’s a quick turn around for him. And that raanta can hold down the fort for a bit until he’s good
