No they are not. Winnipeg won, they are first. Still glad the Canucks, the Jets and the Oilers all won again. A western semi final with 3 out of 4 teams from Canada would be a dream scenario 🙂
jets just went ahead by a point. their last 5 games: sharks, ducks, coyotes, columbus, blackhawks. wow!!! 5 of their next 6 are against playoff teams. lets see how they are doing the end of this month. fluky goal to tie the game by pens. hronek and petie were amazing on the GWG. the PK was excellent tonight.
Hughes seems to be fatigued tonight. He made mistakes that he normally doesn't make. Miller, although great offensively, lost his cool on a couple of occasions and could've taken more than just 1 penalty tonight. EP was all-worldly in this one. I wish Myers would've scored on that great pass from EP, but as he didn't, it gave EP a chance to score in OT so either way, it would've been a 4 point night for EP.
