Patience is a virtue, would like to see them call up Rodrigue,,when the schedule compresses and you can get him consistent work, play the hell out of Campbell, maybe he finds his game, someone always has goalie injuries, and lets face it he would be cheap to acquire, 7th round pick.
Oilers need defense and like 2 or 3 of them if they want to make it to the WCF or cup finals. Nurse, Ceci and Kulak are useless out there. What they dont need is some washed up trouble maker with on and off ice problems.
If we analyse with no emotion- We need a 3 line c- 2nd line d- right side- Ceci is ok/ not great 2nd goalie- Pickard- is okay- reliable Holloway could be 6 forward we need. Thoughts

The offensive pizazz of the bottom 6 is frighteningly basic without atleast gagner on a line, and the 3rd line with brown and Kane doesn't have enough playmaking to have any consistency. Gagner 3rd line center with Kane+Ryan. 4th line of Janmark,Hamblin,Brown

I feel like a Kane Holloway Perry line could be decent.
