Habs lose to the San Jose Sharks 3-2, snap 12-game losing streak | Habs 2023-24 Season | Episode 41



The Montreal Canadiens played tonight at home in the Bell Centre against the San Jose Sharks and would end up losing by a final score of 3-2 in regulation. In the 1st period Luke Kunin and Mikael Granlund would make it 2-0 Sharks before Brendan Gallagher would get one back for the 2-1 deficit. In the 2nd period Nikta Okhotiuk would score the eventual game winning goal to make it 3-1 Sharks. In the 3rd period the lone goal from Josh Anderson with 5 minutes left would make it 3-2 but too little too late for the Habs, final score 3-2 Sharks. With this loss the Montreal Canadiens are now 17-18-6 with 40 points for 6th in the Atlantic Division.
