Tarasov, our savior
2ND AND 3RD WHERE TRASH WHOLE TEAM LOOKS BAD
Tarasov would be a great #1 goalie….for the late 80's Edmonton Oilers. Rebound control is fairly poor, finding pucks through screens is really poor (for the NHL), lateral movement is slow, good glove hand. Kid needs time in the minors or Europe. You know, potential is great, but having about 70% of your roster that hasn't yet reached it's potential is not a winning formula. This team definitely need smore balance. or it's gonna be a 7 year rebuild for no real reason.
Well, the question to the "HC" – Do you get the sense that Tarasov is struggling. – Yes he is, but.. There is no BUT. Clearly this dude has some personal issues against Elvis, otherwise, there is no explanation on why is he doing whatever the hack this is. We can clearly see that Tarasov is not ready for NHL, might be as a backup goalie, that can take up to 20 games per season.
