Carlton Blues (AFL), Chelsea Blues (premier league)

    RCH Pinguins (Dutch baseball)

The Nippon-Ham Fighters (NPB) were the Flyers for almost thirty years; the name was changed to the Fighters in 1974, coincidentally the year Philadelphia won its first cup

Not hockey-related, but applicable to an NHL city:

St. Louis Cardinals / Arizona Cardinals

Both used to be located in St. Louis, actually (1960-1987). Back then, locals called them the Baseball Cardinals and the Football Cardinals.
