Today we’re going over the three finalists for the NCAA’s Hobey Baker award, given to the top player in Division I Men’s Ice Hockey.
The finalists are Montreal Canadiens 1st round pick Cole Caufield of the University of Wisconsin Badgers, Ottawa Senators 2nd round pick Shane Pinto of the University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks, and NHL free agent goaltender Dryden McKay of the Minnesota State University-Mankato Mavericks.

Shane Pinto has middle six upside. While it would be cool, I doubt he does too much at the NHL level.

Only time will tell. Gotta remember Pinto only started playing competitive hockey at 15. Drafted 3 years later at 32 ovr. Massive untapped potential. But yea Cole definitely more talented.
