Last night's game management felt like Keefe was punishing his players, not trying to win a game. Once the first 2 period were a bust, he just stuck with it. He may be digging his own grave, considering Guy Boucher is six feet down the bench.

He plays our 4th line against other teams top lines consistently. Makes no sense
Keefe doesn't adjust his strategy, he just adjusts his lineup (aka "taking out the blender"). When the other team adjusts to Toronto's strategy you get the blown leads that you see with the Islanders, the Avs and most recently with the Red Wings. Now we're only 1 point ahead of Tampa Bay and Detroit and there's a real danger of losing our playoff spot.
I've seen enough out of Sheldon Keefe, we're not going to make a deep playoff run with this guy behind the bench. Bring in Craig Berube, someone with proven playoff coaching experience, who led the Blues to a Stanley Cup championship. He's someone who can bring accountability to this team and we might actually get somewhere with him.
If Keefe continues to be coach, we'll be playing the same playoff disappointment every single year. It's embarrassing.
I think it's time to stop blaming the coach and start blaming the players

The biggest problem in this organization is Brendan Shanahan and his commitment to this core 4 and Sheldon Keefe.
I believe Brad Treliving is handcuffed with Shanahan. The contract of Nylander is the biggest laughable move in the NHL this year.
Im sick of the greed of the core 4. The inability to adapt with Brendan Shanahan, Keefe being outcoached not only in the playoffs but now almost in every single game.
The best thing to happen to this team is missing the playoffs. Because if the Leafs miss the playoffs Shanahan is gone and thus the end of the core 4.
Marner needs to be traded before the deadline.

Keefe is too soft as a coach! He has lost the room? If the Leafs had Tortorella or Tocchet as their coach, the team would be better structured. Both are hard-nosed coaches, who do not take crap from anyone, and expect consistency game in and game out from every player! Look at Philadelphia and Vancouver, both are playing exceptional hockey, this season. All coaches have a shelf life. Keefe's time is ticking away, if he can't get this team winning more than losing!
Just rotating the 4 lines is not a strategy. He was at home with last change advantage and he squanders it.

Everyones fault but the easiest thing to change is the coach. If the players don't respond to that, then you have to change some of the players. And I'm not referring to the 3rd or 4th line, I'm talking Marner…

Excuses every year, This team is JINXED, To much press pressure on the players, they are worried about making mistakes, and all that money in their pockets is slowing them down. Compared to Babcock Keefe is a genius.
Change a couple of lines up, BUT not all frick’en four. Nick Robertson needs to be in the line up all the time. He is one of the few bottom six who has the hands and athleticism to be able to hang onto the puck in the offensive end, and is able to pass it to somebody on our team. Knives on the fourth line? It wasn’t his fault that Mathew’s passed the puck to the Colorado defenseman when he was picking up his stick, and they scored the game before. Keefe needs to go, the team has tuned him out.
Change the coach the team still sucks

If the team can't play the system that the coach is selling, then it's time to replace the coach.

The problem is clear . Keefe changes lines that are the best in the NHL m&m should never be changed . Whenever they go into overtime Kefee puts out m&m because it's the best chance to win .
If it works in overtime Toronto may have won more in regulation if he kept the 2 best players together. They have a a great deal of knowing where the other is .

LEAFS will never get SNIFF at the cup unless 2 players are REMOVED from the LEAFS lineup for good and OFF the roster …YOU should know who the 2 players are added up 22M

The Leafs need a “Heart Transplant”. It was exposed clearly against Avs. Nate, Kale and Toews hate to lose and it showed. They play hard all the time; our core 4, just when they feel like it. They need leadership and at this point it does not exist.
My opinion they need a new voice.
