In back-to-back outings, Nico Daws was strong in the net. However, the New Jersey Devils still got shutout by the Boston Bruins. It seemed as though the Devils had little to no energy to begin the game, and it cost them. Brendan Smith got hurt in the first period and didn’t return to action. Devils might be down another player.

What’s some key points to beat the bruins ?
Forget about a goalie. Fix that issue in the off season if it still an issue then. Ride Dawes & Waive VV.

"came out slow" this has been a constant theme for ages, we ALWAYS come out slow and get somewhat better as the game goes on. Even last season we were the comeback kings… Not sustainable. Daws kept us in it but if we don't change things we are gonna burn this kid out
