  1. Dude is a beast. Such a treat having him on the World Juniors last year, too bad they couldn’t pull it off

  2. I know many were bummed about that trade w/ Florida… but I was excited because of this kid… I felt that Buffalo won this deal… and as this season has gone on… people have stopped saying buffalo got taken and it's clear this kid may very well be for real.

  3. 4:54 the goals against average is collected over the games. aka it changes every game because he’s gaining shots if that makes sense

  4. Ok shutout against providence is one thing … but he isn’t shutting out university of Michigan or Notre dame …, he isn’t playing against strong teams in this division let’s see how he does against St. Cloud as well – I am willing to bet the farm he isn’t shutting out University of Michigan or Notre dame . I’m not that impressed 1 providence is not a strong team this year and is not in a tough division

I played for my mates team in Australia 🇦🇺 a few years ago . I let in 3 goals in 20 games … this wasn’t because I was incredible it was because in Australia 🇦🇺the players are not that great . Let’s see if he gets to frozen four let’s see how he does against the NCAA power house teams in University of Michigan and Notre dame. Doing well against a team like providence who lost considerable players last year and isn’t coming out of a tough dividing

  5. What are you talking about ken Dryden isn’t one of the best goalies ever .. if you are wearing a thin poetic mask you are not facing 100 mile an hour shots … any goalie who played before synergy sticks cannot be considered as a best ever goalie .I don’t care how many 15 mile an hour shots ypu saved and I don’t care if you win the Stanley cup when there are only 6 teams in the league .. this is not impressive in anyway

That’s why goalies like Dryden who have the skating skill of a beginner child where able to play in the league … have you watched Dryden play … he skates like
My learn to skate level 2 class and would be absolutely swallowed in net in the NHL today

I don’t think Dryden would make a si file save in net today … but I’m sure he was great queen he was facing shots coming from players whose sticks where trees they ciut down and
I’m sure the run to his cup was difficult with 6 teams in. The league but to be called the best ever … I have 15 year old division 2 goalies who are better than Dryden

  6. This kid’s lateral movement and recovery are just insanely elite. His vision is fantastic. He just needs some time to get bigger and improve 🙏🏻

  7. Goalies are super unpredictable. Being picked in the later rounds you'll find a lot of great goalies. When a goalie is showing promise young shortly after their draft seasons it's always super encouraging. Sometimes you'll get a guy like Price or Knight, but guys like Vasilevskiy are found in mid rounds too.

  8. sabres better up the defense before they even put him in net for them. hell get wasted out there
hopefully owen gives a boost to the defense

  9. I'm still gobsmacked that Devon Levi was a 7th round pick. He really should've been a first round pick. I'm buying into the hype, especially now that he's been selected to be on Team Canada's Olympic Hockey team. Sabres fans should be excited for Levi, they've got their goalie of the future with him. They just can't rush him.
