Nick Bjugstad scores hat trick in Arizona Coyotes’ dominant win over Minnesota Wild

The Arizona Coyotes bounced back from Thursday’s loss with a dominant 6-0 win over the Minnesota Wild. Nick Bjugstad scored a hat trick in his home state and Connor Ingram earned a shutout with 38 saves. Ingram now leads the NHL in shutouts. Clayton Keller had two goals and an assist, Sean Durzi, Jack McBain and Jason Zucker had three points each, and Alex Kerfoot scored the Coyotes’ other goal.

Join Leah, Petey and Craig for reactions and analysis on the PHNX Coyotes Postgame Show! Plus, the crew makes a case for why Connor Ingram should have been an NHL All-Star.

  1. Rant: idk why this team has such trouble getting an arena. Why do we have to go city councils, then pass the vote to all the Joe Blows who aren't going to be taxed unless they spend money on the property. The Tempe and Mesa mayors support an arena.

But they'll approve condos, apartments, housing developments no questions asked. How you going to get people to pay rent if you don't provide job opportunities? Oh, but we love Casinos and new hotels and spring training facilities for teams that don't even play here.
