Vancouver apparently. The Leafs sure as hell not showing any signs of life. Edmonton a clear 2nd. The Oilers should go after Fleury hard before trade deadline.
Canucks this year remind me of NJ last year, at least in that no one expected this.
I want to say the Jets. But their year is already a little hard to believe.
Both teams have very solid goalies: that could take them far in the playoffs.
I'm not sure about the Oilers. They're so darn streaky.
Toronto may contend if they can grab Corey Perry.
Canucks are 1st in goals for per game and 2nd in goals against per game. Saying their defensive game is lacking and Winnipeg's is stellar makes no sense. +54 goal differential and loads of firepower. Bla bla bla. Typical no respect for the west coast teams because they play past your bed time. Stick to the eastern analysis.
Leafs gonna be lucky to get a wildcard spot, let alone a playoff win.
Not my leafs that’s on shanny and Brad
No one wants to play Edmonton in the play-offs, you wanna deal with a pissed off McDavid in his prime, with Hyman having a season career, and Skinner on fire in goal? 😎
Do you think Corey is still pissed being traded by Vancouver?
white shoes😂😂😂 nice tie
The NHL doesn't want a Canadian team to win the cup ,watch how the referees give Canadian teams penalties
VAN and WPG i think are the best Canadian teams, because they dont rely on Starpower as much as TOR and EDM does.
Such a stupid segment. A lot of Canadians in US teams and vice versa.
Only thing I care about is Canada doesn't play each other untill at least the 2nd round.
Winnipeg #1, Edmonton #2, Vancouver #3, #4 Toronto. Winnipeg just has all the right pieces tbh, everyone else is missing something.
The hate on Canucks is insane your still sleeping on Canucks if they win the cup you guys will look like idiots
Jets fan here….but I like the Canucks at this point….actually I’m not sure lol….watched the oilers leafs last night and neither of those teams play defense like Winnipeg ….but McDavid…..fun year!
Great seeing and hearing Corey as an hockey analyse
less pressure on the Canucks the better chance they have
Could this be a special year for the Jets?
I was right there with you until you mentioned Toronto.
I hope and pray the Canucks channel all this disrespect come playoff time !
The question is not an easy one to answer right now. In Winnipeg, the Jets have the NHL's best GAA. Defense and goaltending are what enables a team to travel and especially in the playoffs. The Canucks have the best goal differential in the League right now, demonstrating good balance. In Edmonton, the giant has awaken. The Oilers have the Kings and Golden Plights in their sights and could challenge the Canucks for the division crown.
The Leafs will eventually find a way to remain loyal to their tradition. If the Leafs fall out of third place, they could quickly find themselves below the playoff line.
Skinner will not show up come playoffs time if they even reach playoffs
they're not in playoff mode yet not banged up enough for that quiet yet
merz to edmonton
Jets. Helly could easily steal a series.
Go Canucks Go !
Vancouver and Edmonton
in playoffs, Winnipeg may need a little more defense to win Stanley Cup?
Jets got the best shot, they're playing well and they're in the west, it's much easier to go deep.
Edmonton could try Campbell for backup goaltender again; if not work out maybe Mrazek from Chicago, Merzliekens from Columbus?
Oilers on an 11 game winning streak right now… 🤯
Scheids is a good commentator. Could see him doing colour.
they didn't even talk about the canucks
none no canadian team is winning the cup this year
Winnipeg took Edmonton in 4 games because McDavid can be played… ask Pionk
