How are we feeling Jets fans?
It is amazing to think that he was available, probably in the 9 mill range, and there were no takers Or at least no one that was any good.
A LOT of his numbers are credited to the team defence. Making his workload lighter and easier so he doesn't burn out. But he does makes the saves when they get into trouble.
I Agree Buffalo,NJ,Toronto,Edmonton,Red wings,90% of league would be better with vezina goalie.
And guys left out there are still going to cost teams alot like Gibson,Saros,Fluery,Markstrom and not as good.

Connor Hellebuyck is not playing out of his mind. He is playing to the best of his abilities but he is also getting better defensive support which does not hurt. Teams such as New Jersey and Buffalo who could have used his services were unwilling to spend the assets necessary to acquire him and they are screwed because of it. I'm glad he's still a Jet. GO JETS GO.
It is ridiculous because it is ridiculous. That is what luck is sometime it is ridiculous. You get the best winnings out of a slot machine 3 times in a row is it likely no? But it happens that is exactly how it is for the jets as well. They have won games they should not have but luck is luck and random is random.

Thomas Milic is playing very well down in Norfolk for the admirals. I recently found out his contract for this season pays him only $70,000 and not counted against the cap. It counts against Norfolk, but the Jets pay the salary through the affiliate agreement. He is only 21 so he will have to go aways yet before he is ready for the NHL.
Worst trade of the year easily goes to LA with PLD
