Well with the diagnosis for for omark’s injury not even in being known we can’t even really understand a timetable for or when he’s going to be coming back and we can’t just have and we can’t just you know we can’t just have San and turn on God mode just like
That and and rattle off 14 different 14 wins in a row oh oh oh yeah he’s also playing every single one of those games we we can’t have that we that’s not really that’s not really something that’s feasible so what do we do we what

Shutouts uh it’s two 2.55 goals against average 912 oh save percentage that’s a all like I said all things considered that’s a pretty decent that’s a pretty decent showing like if uh like if if an NHL goalie walked up up to you with those kind of stats you would think you
Know he’s a pretty good backup I don’t know I don’t know if starter starter quality but but still a pretty good backup so what so oh oh he plays a little bit in the AHL uh in 20201 2022 oh only playing like five games he goes 3 and2 in those games
But he starts to get but last year his true rookie season in 2022 2023 fantastic year from him and really really good year from him second in the entire AHL in in say in save percentage as a rookie the only the only player that was the only player that was that
Had a better save percentage was Dustin wolf who was in in Calgary who is with the cagri AHL team but in his but in his his rookie season Brandon busy thir 32 games played he comes out of it with a two . 40 go uh goals against average that’s that’s all right
A 225 and four record that’s pretty good that is R I don’t want to keep I don’t want to keep I don’t want to keep uh saying the same thing over again but yeah that is in that is is really good for a rookie with a n with a 0.924 or save
Percentage a really really solid showing from from someone in in their first season in the AHL and so and and honestly going into this season he was he was the main reason why there was a big question as to whether or not we were going to keep allar because we

Speaking of which want to talk about Ala alark allmark as it stands right now alongside Matt ptra who also got injured in in the game against Arizona is considered day to-day so so whether or not busy actually whether or not busy actually makes an appearance is is ultimately a contingent on how serious
This injur injury is to is to all Mark him being listed as day today is a good thing it makes me it makes me think he he just pulled something and and he felt it really really bad and and but omark this season and coming off of of quite possibly the
Best season from a goalie since uh since Carrie Price is is heart wining performance in back in like 2013 2014 I forget when he he won the heart it was sometime in the mid-2010s and but but as a but as but as it stands ends this season in
In 21 games he has he had 13 wins five losses is is pretty decent pretty decent start and two and two overtime losses is is he had he had a 2.75 goals against average with a nine with a916 save percentage definitely taking a step back
From last year but at the same time you can’t exactly expect someone to keep up a a record setting vno winning a record setting vno winning Pace every single year for what it’s worth this season was for what it’s worth this season has been pretty good for and for all Mark we knew
That this team was not going to be as good as it was last season case in point we’ve already lost 16 games this season and by and by season’s end of of last year we had only lost we had only lost 17 I knew that we were not going to be
Another 65 win team but omark this season he’s been fine he’s been fine a lot of a lot of the frustration this this year is on the defense Matt grizzli I’ve already gone into him way too many times I don’t look I know the Bruins play the play The Golden Knights
Later tonight I don’t know if I’m going to be talking about M rck again unless he does something absolutely egregious again but that’s that’s contingent on his play that I will I will continue to talk about Matt grizzli so long as he gives me reasons to talk about Matt
Grizzli but but we’re not talking about defense right now we’re talking about goal tending and right now I don’t necessarily see this as a terrible thing yes it’s really bad that one of our goalies is injured especially when this season we can’t get enough injuries you know we had grizzli and
Makoy out in the within the first few uh within the first few G weeks grizzli to to injury McAvoy to a suspension that it probably shouldn’t have been in a suspension and I will still say that Oliver Eckman Larson played that played the next game and played
Half an hour in that game and if you can do that I don’t necessarily think that to quote Jack Edwards you’re gonna stop the play for a guy who’s still conscious but uh in any case the is I don’t necessarily see this as a as a terrible thing if for no other reason
Then it gives us a look at what buoy has you know remember in 2020 2021 when we had Ras get injured and then hak get injured and so we had for a and so we had for a decent amount of time a goalie rotation of Dan Vadar and Jeremy Swan
And both of them were unproven commodities that proved themselves at the NHL level it’s not always the worst thing when a goalie gets injured yes so yes when it is your Bell cow it can get it can be really really bad and that’s partially what and that’s partially what
Makes this uh what makes this a little bit more frustrating for me is that it’s our $5 million goal getting getting injured but I would but again I want uh I want this team to succeed and if the I want this team to succeed and I want this team to also have long-term
Ambitions and and if we have no game plan past uh pastar or Swan then what the hell uh then what the hell oh I uh so tonight it’s probably going to be San getting the start because you know because Swan’s been starting every other game fine let’s
That’s fine but and honestly if and honestly the next game I could probably also see Swan I could probably see s pulling a back pulling a back to back game in there but if if omark is not back by the third game put in [ __ ] put him in let’s see what he can
