I was 17 years old when we won the Cup. First time I ever saw my father cry. My father turned 93 in December. He’s battling some serious Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
I often think of watching games with him during that Cup run (along with many other Ranger games).
Cool fact: that Cup run was the first time I realized I was allowed to curse while watching the games with him and I didn’t get in trouble. LOL
