  1. Love the thumbnail man! And what a game! And yeah the Habs are strange. One game they look like they are out of the picture for the season the next they look very competitive.

  2. Interesting, I grew up with the idiom as "hand eye coordination". It feels weird ( not wrong though ) to hear it the way you said it.
Caufield, in the last two games, has been trying his hand at going to some of the dirtier areas on the ice ( most notably along the boards ), and his talent has earned him more offence generating opportunities. Good to see.
Stuibble's game is lacking any glaring problems (that I can see). Colour me impressed.
Bring a blood pressure cuff for Dangle, I'm worried about him.

  3. Another great game! Roy was impressive during the entire and could have scored a hat trick with a bit more luck. You can tell the kid has good vision. Good to see Caufield finding his scoring touch lately. GO HABS GO!

  4. 2:45

So I should hold on to my Caufield Rookie card collection? LOL

I collect for the love of it, not to make money off of it!
That's why all of my cards are pack pulled. If I don't get 'em in a pack…I buy another box 😉
When I started, OPC cards, were .25 cents per pack….Crazy!

Love your vids. You're bringing back the excitement to the fans!! Helping to make the glass, (Or bottle) half full!

Similar to what Pierre McGuire did, while working radio color, for the dark years, 99, 00, 01. I don't remember much from those times but
    thank Zamb. for the constant
Rah, Rah from Pierre and now, You, Mon Ami 😉

  5. Overall a very good game. Cole Slaf and Roy were impressive. Monty had another solid game and Barron was unnoticeable for a change thankfully. Happy Birthday to your Mom. GHG

  6. Great game for the Habs 😀
Drew I get it that the Devils are missing Jack and Dougie but look at the Habs , missing 3 of their top 9 forwards , Dach, Newhook and Dvorak… just sayin!!

  7. If Monahan wants to stay for reasonable salary , why would the habs want to trade that guy? Outstanding on faceoff, on pace for 55 pts , leadership. Slavkosky might not become a big point guy but his defensive play and forecheck, his long reach. I’m actually impressed by his hard work more than anything, that’s actually a good sign. Where would the habs be with Dach and Newhook in the lineup🤔 pretty sure they be in a playoffs spots

I did they lose against SanJose😂😂😂

  8. It's funny how our pucks sometimes make it on the ice. As far as I know we supply a huge part of the for sales pucks but I guess they just get mixed up sometimes cause you can see that some of the pucks kept by player's after they score or get a point are made in Slovakia

  9. You pronounce the name Nemec the wrong way 🙂 the "c" at the and is pronounced as "ts" not "ch". So its Šimon Nemec = Sheemon (S its actualy Š which is pronounced as "sh" but ee is short) Nyemets (Ne is soft in slovak language). Hope you will figure it out in the future :D. But even if not its fine :D. NHL commentators pronounced Chara the wrong way for years even to this day 😀

  10. Mono- hab..is at his peak value right now …THAT is when you should trade this guy .!! He is injury prone …AND …he is aging ..!! The core is 22-23 years young .!! Get the pay back A.S.A.P. ..!!! Trade him to a contender…get a top prospect scorer..!!

  11. Drew I’m Sam.
    I comment here a lot.
    Consider us friends!
I’m so happy this season is still relevant.. last year I was so bored at this time of year. The sesson was over.

  12. Great opener! Would love to see Caufield AND Montembault at the All Star event. Cole has clearly bought into MSL process of helping him become more complete player; seeing him work defensive plays, seeing him finally find a way into "la zone payante" and getting sniper goals AND Gally goals; and his play making has been steadily improving! Just great to see him grow.

  13. some info…about slovakia pucks….

Hockey is Slovakia's national sport, but a less well-known fact is that it is also the largest producer of pucks in the world. The company in Dolné Vestenice annually "bakes" millions of pucks on its presses, which travel to hockey clubs overseas and throughout Europe.

Slovakian pucks are played on elite NHL and KHL ice. The production of puck in the required quality is complete alchemy, the recipe for the mixture is strictly secret.

Production of pucks is said to be not so simple and consists of three levels. "In the first level we weigh the oil and carbon black, in the second the rubber is prepared, which is weighed according to a specific recipe, and as the third phase comes the combination of all these raw materials in the mixer," explained production planner Boris Botoš.
All raw materials are mixed into one mass. The finished mixture is moved to the next department, where a product is created, specifically a hockey puck, Botoš explained.

In the production premises, pucks are produced with the help of so-called charges, high temperature and great force, explained Pavol Beňuška, head of Fractal Pressed Technical Rubber. The puck then travels, for example, to trimming or punching.

"In our laboratory, tests are carried out according to the customer's requirements on the basis of physico-mechanical properties, namely density, hardness, strength, ductility and rebound elasticity," said the head of the development laboratory, Miriam Hvojníková, for the regional television magazine Regina.

    Pucks to the whole world

The company in Dolné Vestenice was founded in the 1950s, and started producing pucks in the 1970s. It produces four to six million pucks annually, two-thirds of which go overseas. The rest go to the European market – hockey leagues in Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Germany and the Czech Republic.

"In the past, Olympic games and world championships were also played with our hockey pucks. At the moment, our biggest customers are overseas, where we supply hockey pucks for the NHL," said Stanislav Fodora, head of business for Vegum Dolné Vestenice. They cover all hockey competitions in Slovakia.

  14. Happy Birthday to DD's mom! Back to the game…insane Caufield assist and nice finish by Slaf. Félicitations Joshua Roy pour votre premiere but dans la LHN! Roy needs to buy Monahan a dinner bc he was passing to get him that first goal no matter what. And Monty…another solid goaltending outing. One rant, I realize there's a glut on D so someone needs to be scratched but I don't understand why Kovy gets to be that guy bc I don't think it's deserved or a good decision. But hopefully the defensive group becomes clearer by trade deadline…definitely an evolving situation with Hutson, Mailloux, Xhekaj, Reinbacher, Bogdan and might I add Tobie Bission and Trudeau all potential NHLers. Seeing this group, I can safely predict the Habs will be pushing hard on selecting & trading for a lot of forwards (elite skill, defensive prowess, big net presence) moving forward. Bring on Ottawa!

  15. I’m so excited!!! Yes we are having a really good future. I am not making comments of 1st line anymore it’s becoming so obvious for them to play great. Joshua Roy seems to me 25-30 goals guy per season but that Monny’s pass was also great. Btw all NHL pucks are made in Slovakia.
