Throwback goal. Happened to be at this game and remember thinking how good Dano was going to be one day. I feel like he would have had a way better career if we never traded him.
That’s the hockey equivalent to breaking someone’s ankle in basketball. What insane trickery. Wish we had more players with real-time processing ability like that. Marchenko seems To be the closest we have at the moment.

I remember jumping out of my chair when that happened and spilling beer all over the place. My fellow spectators may have been upset but the hype was real. That hype got in a round about way trades for Artemi Panarin lol.

Marko Dano is younger than Elvis Merzlikins. I don’t really know what to do with this information but it blows my mind. Dano recorded his final NHL point over a year before Elvis played his first NHL game.
