Could be a good lesson and a wake up call!! They kept getting away with it but you can only keep doing it for so much no matter how good you are

Two things stand out for me this game:
1.) That is offsides all day long. If the league is not going to offer any sort of explanation for this shit, they need to start doing what the NFL does and demote refs for blown calls. The fact that their is literally zero accountability for the entire reffing staff is insane. And God forbid you question the call on ice or off, cause you'll get fined out the ass, or given a 10 min misconduct. It's one thing if it doesn't have a huge impact on the game, but like AJ said, that was literally the game winning goal. Absolutely unreal.
2.) Anyone with eyeballs knows that the Avs defense needs to be better. Of all things it was a bad play by Toews AND Makar on the first goal. Like what is even happening. But that being said, that is literally hockey. You capitalize on the other teams mistakes. Giorgiev HAS to be better. He has to. If he can't be, the Avs mgmt might as well make Annunen the starter and Giorgiev the back-up. What's the worst that can happen honestly? Justus gives up 3+ goals every game? Our starting goal tender ALREADY does that. Even with the Avs defensive breakdowns, they not giving up very many SOG or high danger chances for the most part. How many excuses do you make for Giorgiev?
No reason to address 2c at the deadline if there is no change in net. May as well just wait and deal with both in the offseason
This may be an unpopular opinion but I can’t stand bostons play by play announcer. The way he talks is disgusting and awkward. Intonates like he literally doesn’t know what sounds he is trying to make next. Mush mouth. Uhg. Also that offside call is… ok. Idk how many reffs would call that possession in a 2-1 game
