Another game where we lose against a team that we absolutely should have won against. Another 2 points wasted. We’re going over the game and the Lindy, Holtz situation.
This whole ruff holtz situation it most embarrassing thing ive ever seen as a devils fan. How fans think they know more than the 4th winningest coach in nhl history who also watches tapes of every shift holtz takes.
You know who else refused to put effort in on defense and support his teamates on board battles . Jesper bratt. He got stapled to the bench and even put up in the press box … thankfully bratt was smart enough to focus his game on defense and board work and then we nt on to be a star and get top minutes… how holtz still wont do this when it was the same knock on him 2 seasons ago is criminal ..
Ruff tells the truth about what is already obvious to anyone who watches holtz without the puck and emotional devils fan attack ruff for saying what everyone can spot .. dont believe me .. ask yourself why san jose asked for zetterland in the timo trade and never even mentioned holtz ..
The nhl is not the place to try and learn defensive hockey..
For the record i love holtz shot and size which is what makes this more maddening..
