  1. It really just feels like they gain confidence playing really well against great teams and they tell themselves “oh, we can sit back against this bad team, we’re better” and they get destroyed.

  2. Team needs to develop more, ’tis all. I remember when Tampa went through it, when the Avs went through it, and now both the Sens and New Jersey are going through it. Their cores are pretty much set, they just need to have their kids learn to win together.

    We need to further consolidate our core, have the kids graduate at their own pace, and then let them all cook so that they can gel.
