Since November 24th, of goalies who have played at least 10 games, Skinner has the 4th best save percentage in the league with a 0.930, and has a 16-2-0 record. I think they need a better backup than Pickard should Skinner falter again in the playoffs (assuming the Oilers make them).
"The Oilers don't have a single player on their active roster who has been to a Stanley Cup Final".
Ekholm in 2017 vs Pens
Janmark in 2020 vs TB
Pierie Lebrun is delusional
I actually love the thought of Flower getting another legit chance at a cup in one of his last years. Dude is a beauty. Maybe THE beauty!
Plus as a Hawks fan, he was nothing but top class in his brief but bright stint in the Indian head.
I want McDavid to win a cup so bad. He's the best player I've ever seen in my 45 yrs on this planet and 34 as an NHL fan. And even as an American, I want to see Canada get a much deserved return home from Lord Stanley.
Been saying all this season fleury would be perfect for oilers backup goalie. I like how Picard has played definitely decent but do I want him in net if A: Skinner gets hurt or B: Skinner starts playing like he did against Vegas last playoffs. No I rather have Fleury with tons of playoffs experience and the ability to steal games in case of Skinner faltering
why would the wild ship Fleury
