My problem actually isnβt the stripes, itβs the fact that it needs a shark on it! Love the resurrected NorCal patch, but 3 fins is too redundant

If this is true, then the stripes are in keeping with the theme of Los Tiburones de Nor Cal by drawing inspiration from traditional Mexican textiles. Thatβs just my guess.
Ive always been a fan of the Shark fin logos. I like the black versus the all teal look currently worn. The stripes are questionable. Iβll need to see worn/on ice to determine how I really feel about.
But the stripes do give me beer league vibes. For example, this is the jersey from one of my previous teams:
I actually like it on the sleeves, but I’d like a simpler version around the waist similar to what the Rangers did. Jerseys always look best in full gear on the ice, but it’s always funny how fans react to the mockups.

It’s hideous…but shouldn’t the whiter end of the spectrum be on top and black end of the spectrum be on the bottom like you know…the ocean? Where sharks hangout and stuff
