Yo, what is up with some of these penalty calls? Panthers definitely gotta clean up the penalty kill but some of these calls these past few games got me scratchin’ my head. Da fuck.
Bubba sucked,but so did the rest of the team. These barkovless games should have been sourdif and mackie time. This coasting style is great,right up til their coasting let's teams get hot, then btfo em 😒. Now imagine a home game fan forking out real money for this BS. The fans need to boo their sorry ass effort off of the ice. So disrespectful to the fans.
I had a feeling we'd lose this game. Although I wouldn't have bet on us not having a penalty kill tonight. On the bright side Ekblad had a 4 point night, and Lundell finally scores a goal! Stolarz was pretty good in relief in my opinion, especially that save on Kaprizov.
One of our guys was literally body slammed to the ice with the ref literally staring at them.
Believe me this is good for the Panthers. It’s a wake-up call that no game will come easy, including come playoff time.
There is no excuse for losing to these mid-teams, now I'm kinda scared. Officiating was okay, they had two bad calls against us, the Ekblad "elbow" and the Eetu "slash", but we had PLENTY of power play opportunities as well. The pk going 0/5 is just not acceptable, I get Barkov is not here but really?
I was kind of shocked that they signed Erod for 3 years im not going to lie, his biggest downside was that he was just cold, no offensive production, but at least he works for the puck, but we are also seeing his no offensive production as well…
Montour should be traded for a new winger. lucas is doing a great job this year and he should be in the NHL.
You need to wake the hell up! We got killed because of officials with the way they want to call the game and the Detroit game. Because we played like garbage on the penalty kill. Otherwise we played decent the rest of the game. Pull your head out of your ass and stop panicking. Everything will be fine. We just need to stop letting teams goat us into taking retaliation penalties if the loser officials aren't gonna call it. Just skate away, don't retaliate? That was our biggest problem. I know it's hard, but that's what you gotta do or you end up with a game like this.
As much as you want to blame the refs, this team completely shit the bed on this homestand. I am in shock, cos we are normally good at home. Hopefully we get Barkov back, back to back days off and this quick road trip to Nashville serves as a reset.
Special teams win the games
I don’t know what this team needs. We were 0-4 on the pp against the team that is ranked 32 on the pk. 2 in a row was bad but 4 in a row is something I can’t handle, i don’t care if we won 30 in a row before this 4 in a row can’t happen especially against the BOTTOM teams
