We can critique picks, trades, and signing of the past to try to explain what we’re seeing unfold these last few weeks, but this same group of guys were playing great hockey early in the season and just aren’t right now and it’s as simple as that. Based on what we know they’re capable of I can’t doom too much, but ffs I’d like to get to rock bottom already so the turning point can commence.

Im not a conspiracy theorist by any means but I am so convinced that guys like Zib and Kreider are so fucking lethargic bc they got paid and have NMC in their contracts right now. They got their money and know they cant get moved if they play like shit unless they approve the trade so they’re content no matter what happens.
