I can’t speak highly enough of how well this went. There isn’t anything I can think of that they could have done better; the access to the alumni, the facilities, being treated like a professional, all of the equipment and swag they gave us, meeting management and some current players…..it goes on and on.
I played in team Nash and although we lost 10-8, it was surreal to be on the ice with these guys. They all spent time with us and then some – even when we weren’t on ‘schedule’, they still made themselves available and continued to hang out with us.
The guys that signed up, all really friendly and great to play with and get to know. Some came as far as Florida, Houston and Portland.
I was the lone Canadian.
It was a memory I’ll never forget……. might have to go back again.
I would highly encourage any Blue Jackets fan that plays to do this. You will not be disappointed, and you’ll gain some brothers.

Sounds awesome, but wasn’t it like 3 or 4 grand?
One day I will be able to afford this….would be an amazing opportunity & experience, worth the $$$
