Decent road game Seattle short some players good team their goaltender played well.
Samsonov played well and wasn't tested much. He made a couple of 10 bell saves. It's one game Steve let's see how you feel after 8 more starts and might lose 5
Nick Robertson hustled nice goal to go with his effort.
Mathew Knies most games played 47 in college.
This is his 1st full season playing over 47 games.
Give him some time off , after the all-star game put him at center move Travares to the wing with the other two Mathews Marner or Nylander .
Give him some time on the PP , I disagree with Steven's opinion. In college, he was the go-to guy he drove his team. He wasn't regulated to the grunt work. Which brings up another question for another time.
He reminds me of a young Darryl Sittler when he came out of junior ..
He has a bit of Wendel Clark in him.
Mathew Knies has more to offer and more to give if allowed to let him be a position to let his strengths that got him to the dance.
Knies with McCann or Bertuzzi ? Nylander might just work.

Ahhhhhhhh I avoided the KC Bills result so I cud watch the highlights not knowing the outcome why I watch this vid first 🙄🤦♂️ not watched yet but I’m surprised they lost I’m a Phins fan and even tho the Chiefs beat us I wasn’t that impressed plus Buffalo at home I thought Bills had a legitimate shot at the SB this year and matched up against Ravens quite well now I see Baltimore only as SB champs! Nice to see the Leafs played better D in front of Sammy this time, still think we should go get Gibbo from Ducks and Tanev from Flames tho GLG!
Don't feel too bad for The Kingston Frontenacs. There is no shame in losing to The Saginaw Spirit this season. Saginaw is overflowing with talent. They have ten NHL drafted players on their team, including all four centers. They are hosting The Memorial Cup this season and have bulked up to try to win it.
Knies looked really good. Young guy doin his job. He’ll be a Zach Hyman at some point

As the game ended and I made sad faces for my poor injured and illness-ridden Kraken, I thought, "At least Steve can make a happy video! Maybe Sammy will even have some smile!" Sighhhh. I do want Sammy to find some smile and I definitely want Nicky Bobby to score all the goals, but if it could've happened last game instead of this one, that would've been better for the Kraken fans. 😀

McCabe had the game-winning goal. Let's face it, had he not got the empty-netter, the Kracken would have scored. Also, how can you not chew the Leafs out for that one goal scored against them? It was the same ol', same ol', terrible defensive coverage and it's exactly what loses them games. Thank God the Kracken only got one goal, but with ridiculous defense like that, the Leafs will continue to lose games they could have won.

Im a penguins fan, started watching steve dangle for the funny loss LFRs, but hes such a funny and good commentator that im now a big fan and ready to watch them all. But sorry buddy, the leafs suffering must continue.

i don't think this win is as significant as you think. leafs are still in serious trouble and, if they continue on the pace they've been (this one win doesn't exactly turn it all around) then they're likely not making this years playoffs.
keefe is the issue here. theres a great breakdown on hockey psychology channel and to sum it up, everything that looks off about the leafs and why it isn't changing, its because keefe is coaching them to be that. keefe is all about offense offense offense. blow a 3 goal lead and your focus is, why couldn't we get another 2? this team, regardless of who is on it, will never do anything in the playoffs with a coach defending a terrible system.
My favorite thing about this game for the Leafs was the EFFORT. Why don't they put in this kind of effort every game?

Bardown took over the Spitfires, and Steve Dangle took over the Frontenacs, why not take over a team that's actually good, like my London Knights? You know, where there are like 5 top prospects playing, a 14 game win streak, most games ending in blowouts or a shutout, many 5 Goals in a period games, and we're now leading the OHL

Let start of by saying the last LFR after the Vancouver game was EPIC I loved it alot. Tonight great to see Sammy play great and get a win. I loved how my boy Robertson scored the winner basically a nice 🖕to keefe. Knies and Benoit had great games. Took the Marlies long enough to sign Keefer Bellows
