“FILIP CHYTIL- AMAZING 3 WEEKS OF RECOVERY PROCESS IN THE BOOKS 🔥
Fil returned to Czech republic to continue in rehab proces. I can say that we have made good progres in last few weeks.
For me personally, it was the biggest challenge in my career as a S&C coach.
We used many tools off-ice. Aerobic work, proprioception drills, frontal lobe and cerebellum drills, vestibular system drills, visual drills, strengthtening small muscles before we got back to strength and power training.
Training on the ice was in the hands of @dudak69 . Really great cooperation with this guy who is one of the best skills coaches in Czech republic.
We’ve done a lot of work together and I believe that Fil will be back soon and stronger than before.
Special thanks to New York Rangers staff for their trust in the process”

Chytil is like Batman going to train with Ra’s Al Ghul. He’s going to come back as a beast
Who knows what returning to Czechia for the next step in the process means but obviously seems like a great step forward.
Still would assume even when we get the “he’s skating” news to wait another 6 weeks before his first game. It’s just not worth the rush
Emily Kaplan is now saying [he’s en route back to New York](https://x.com/emilymkaplan/status/1749551571208188342?s=46&t=hUtbwo94QIfsHrncc2xJkQ)
Oh, baby. Just what we needed to hear/read.
btw that is his brother Libor who is preparing his condition to be ready
Hell yeah brother cheers to dudak69
Maybe the Rangers need to send the entire team to the Czech Republic for re-training
Big ol weiner type guy
Sounds like hes been in the right hands with the right people to rehab him into things, hope hes okay cause reading that really made it sound like it was bad
He just need some of me-maws homemade cooking.
This is great news…but at the end of the day concussions are unpredictable, and he could suffer another regardless. I hope he’s healthy, but sadly, with concussions, you never know.
