If you are getting Holloway with the intention that he’s that “final piece” for the top 6 then you are going to be VERY disappointed…. Holloway to me is at best a 3rd liner if he hits his potential…
We have players like this coming, Luke Tuck, 6 ft 2, checker who can score, Davidson, Myshak is in his 2nd year Ahl etc. We need better than these two guys

Holloway hasn’t played a full season in years, he’d fit right in.
I doubt Edmonton is going to want to take on salary after this year but maybe Monahan is a fit. They like putting Mcleod with McDavid.

No way we can afford Holtz in terms of what they would want in return but Holloway fits the pattern of us targeting these types a la Dach, Newhook etc

It'd be interesting to check that rush stat again comparing the offensive data from when Dach & Newhook were there vs when they're out. Especially Newhook since he's got this knack for interceptions and skates like the wind.
As for the Josh Anderson stat, it's worse than just straight up bad, it's unacceptable from him. Pezzetta you can excuse it a whole lot more as he plays much more of a shutdown role. When he gets into board battles on the o zone for instance, it's main offensive use is to buy time and allow for his line to change while the first or second one jumps in and then it's those guys who get more of a scoring chance.
Neither, go for Quinn or Peterka from the Sabres. Quality!
Holtz is kind of like Mike Hoffman at this point. Great shot but fairly useless away from the puck.
Send frigging Anderson down to laval before Roy. No one's picking up that contract anyway, and just like it did for Amria, maybe it gets some juice back into his game
This is not the right time of the season to acquire pieces for the futur besides trading for picks at the trade deadline. Most of the serious action will happen near or at the 2024 entry draft and during the off season…What we are hearing now is just "noise" !!!
How many of other teams failed picks should Montreal pick up? The habs are a bad team. There is another 3-4 years of rebuild that need to happen. The whole Anderson saga has been a debacle.
I have never understood the love for Josh Anderson. Should have traded him two years ago. His best season was the 82 games he played in 2018/19 for Columbus G 27 Pts 47. One of the worst playmakers I've ever seen and he has stopped scoring.
Lmfao we don’t have the assets to trade for a really good top 6 power forward and the guys you mention are complete shit the habs need to keep their focus on the rebuild draft well and develope I don’t know how anyone listens to your channel it’s always garbage shit
