  1. If that asshole Joe Thornton wouldnt have given him that cheapshot hit season-ending concussion, Perron couldve had a 40-50 goal season cuz he had more goals than games played when he was injured.

  2. this is hard to watch, just a reminder of the talent that we blues fans may never see again.

  3. @donotresussitate
very well so, but will he be the same? I know the kid has tons of heart and tons of talent. I hope he hasn't lost too much of a step because this kid is in my opinion one of the best to wear the blue note in a long time

  4. Im a pens fan but Perron is my favorite player in the league. Hes got a magic to him and will lead the Blues to some deep playoff runs in the future. He is Conn Smythe material.

  5. No big deal? Only one of if not the best goal I've ever seen! Got me up out of my chair. Oh, my mistake maybe you mean no big deal as in you know he's awesome and it didn't surprise you. IDK

  6. Yeah your right about the commentator. At least Panger. He's horrible. And I'm not a huge fan of Kelly either. I heard the one before him, Doug Wilson got canned bc he didn't go smooche it up at some company outing. He was much better………..oh baby!

  7. Wilson was definitely better than Kelly, but he got canned because he was a self-absorbed doucher quite honestly. Kelly is a much better human being, and I appreciate that. The announcers say a lot about their franchise, and John Kelly is one of the most professional announcers in the league. He's always very prepared, and is great at identifying players on both teams. He's just a little robotic at times. I think Panger is one of those guys you either love or hate. I love him 😀

  8. I thought Stewart would be the one traded if they needed to clear space. I know Army is not calling it a salary dump but you cannot ignore the timing of this trade coupled w/the need to sign both AP and Stewart and fit them both under the cap.

The MPS era is upon us now.

  9. As a blues fan this is great but it’s easy to tell the players are so much more talented and fast nowadays than just about ten years ago, I love how fast this game is evolving

  10. I was at this game, that was one sweet 9 of hearts. Went to a sportsbar afterwards, Erik Johnson was there doing a post-game remote radio broadcast, Bobby Plager was there drinking and holding court. This guy there told me a story about getting high with Craig Janney. Good times.
