He did work with Roy in juniors. It seems expected that if anyone is hired it will be Lou doing the hiring. Not that it means anything, but I heard he’d be a third assistant. That seems like a good thing to me. Current assistants can help with getting to more current players, Roy’s guy could help get his systems in place.
