  1. Nhl is bankrupt. I predict more nhl players will have "leave of absence" every week. What are you going to say then?

  2. I hope the math doesn’t add up to what it appears to. However, this coming to light is good for the 2018 team Canada players who were not involved. They deserve to be publicly cleared.

  3. Without jumping to a firm conclusion, I think we can pretty clearly jump to the likely conclusion. After so many years, finally some progress.

  4. Alleged crime,HOW DARE SAY A CRIME TOOK PLACE,YOU ARE A NOBODY WHO KNOWS NOTHING.NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVEN IN COURT, Until then THEY ARE INNOCENT BUT HEY BELIEVE ALL WOMAN RIGHT SNOWFLAKE?

  5. when they get cleared I Hope They sue everyone involved and the woman get jail time of course that won't happen and woman will continue to make up lies knowing they will walk away without worry of being accountable,BELIEVE NO WOMAN PERIOD.,

  6. They said there were 5 suspects and now 5 from that WJC team all are on mysterious leave of absence.
This stuff that happens in junior hockey is disgusting and criminal and needs to stop!

  7. At this point, man… it's looking a lot like the majority of these indefinite leave of absenses is the smoke to the recent news about Hockey Canada and imminent charges in London, ON. It's hard to ignore the connection to the 2018 WJC team.

With regards to Dube specifically… If he was granted indefinite leave "for mental health reasons", but he instead was told to report to police, it can be accurately said the Flames went above and beyond, and not in a good way. The other teams merely stated an indefinite leave. The Flames associated it with mental health. That is not to say that one being charged with a crime cannot also experience mental health issues, just that the Flames tied it to mental health. Had it just been an indefinite leave, like the other teams, that concern/criticism wouldn't be a thing.

At the end of the day, regardless of whether these five players are the same five who were told to report to London Police, I hope justice is finally served. The victim has waited six long years for this day, and has even longer to wait for a trial and a verdict. I feel like that's the most important part here.

  8. Wake up people.

Its just an excuse to rip up contracts and for lawyers to fill their pockets.

The US Treasury Bond is no longer pristine collateral. It is near worthless shite.

It will soon be impossible to keep the US 10 Year Treasury below 5%. Once it gets above 5% it will totally decimate the NHL.

CowTown Calgary can't even afford to raise beef cattle. A decent roast costs $70. But paying Dube millions of $'s to play like an ahler makes sense? ROFLMAO.

  9. Soon there will be 10 suspects, then 20 suspects, then….

A bunch of teams fold altogether.

Go to your local safeway. Can't even afford a cashier any more. Look at the price of beef. Or the $200,000 F150 trucks. But hey, the nhl is still solvent right?

The currency is so worthless that a bag of peanuts can't be financed soon.

  10. Poor Virtanen career was ruined by false allegations. Give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Believe all women was a scam. Like females never lie.

  11. I feel sorry for these players if they are not involved in the incident. If they are involved, thier professional careers may be over. If convicted they may very well be spending considerable time in prison.
