Trade geno heās done and has zero effort! Heās lazy and doesnāt ever stop and just does circles and thatās why they let in that terrible goal! Next he takes the worst penalties and loses his temper! Iām over it! They had a good run but itās time boys itās been time to move on from him three years ago letās be šÆ!
I stayed up for this game. When Malkin scored the empty netter I WAS DONE. I feel bad for Sid this mvp type season will be wasted if they don't make the playoffs. IDK what Kyle Dubas going to I think the Pens are going to be sellers unless they bounce make with wins over MTL and FLA. Dubas might change his mind.
Penguins are trying to play 2007 era hockey in 2024, last night was a debacle. Only thing last night emphasized was how stupid getting rid of Jason Zucker was.
This has to be said. As terrible as we have been on this stretch we are still close to a playoff spot and the fact that everyone thinks we should give up is insane

We are Still right there for a playoff spot but as mentioned from another viewer. Change needs to be made a trade specifically I know sully won't go anywhere.
If I'm Sully I am going with this as my forward line up next game:
gentz-crosby-rust
malkin-eller-rak
doc-white-pusti
poulin-accar-carter (his salary makes him almost impossible to take out of the line up)
then I would remove malkin from pp1 and replace him with either pusti or letang.
something has to give, i dont think ive ever seen a pro team look this checked out
The lack of effort/lack of feeling that winning this game matters to literally anyone except Crosby on any given night is so much more inexcusable to me than a freak mishandling of the puck. Do they even want to make the playoffs? It doesnāt feel like it. If they did, theyād commit to playing how they played against Seattle, even if itās boring and not as fun as flashy offense (which they canāt even DO! Thatās the crazy part! They canāt even play irresponsible but high scoring hockey!! they have the worst finishing in the NHL!!!) Honestly, the own goal was very representative of the lack of responsibility and attention to detail, but ultimately I just feel very bad for Letang and Malkin. I'm sure they're humiliated
I will scream from the hill tops that this is a coaching thing in regards to both games
