dude, seriously messy stuff. you need to work on your technique before you hurt yourself. don't jump backwards when doing backflips, and tuck your knees with your hands.
okej, thx. but anyway. i have been practise abit with all that. but i have been having some backproblems from early days. but finally have i been taking care of my back and i do some nightexersices. so i am going to train really hard now the rest of sumer. pretty sure i am going to record som more in a time. but this area is really limited with gr8 plces to train on. and the techniqie will become much better. (but i am not a trained gymnastic so it cant be perfect:P )
