Or maybe having 7 starters injured and out of the lineup for over a month is now considered “predictable” for our squad

Good let the League sleep on us. I like it.

Their “analysis” is always weeks old copy/paste crap from the previous power rankings. I’m pretty sure this is the first reference to the slump I’ve seen, and it’s two weeks too late.
They had the same generic “champs are off to a hot start” statement every week until like new years even tho we had been off the rails for like 4 weeks at that point.

Just like nobody has us winning it all last year. Love it.

For the past two years they can’t stop bashing the Knights. So tired of it

The only power rankings I follow and usually agree with is the hockey guy on YouTube. Not anyone else

I haven’t watched as many games as I should have this season and even I know they’re banged up or have been pretty bad.

I can see the first sentence being reasonable to say in the first month of the season if the team had a SC Hangover, but we didn’t, and the pieces that won The Cup last season are here this season. Don’t try to fix something that’s not broken.

who gives a wet shit about stupid ass power rankings? it’s all just click bait bullshit to attempt to generate buzz on social media. just ignore it.

I just picture some Trent Crimm-looking guy writing that little blurb, pushing back from his desk and going “ha, got em.”

ESPN and The Athletic don’t watch Pacific Division hockey.

This reeks of an AI writing this, just like SI attempted to do. Low effort, low IQ, and most important of all, completely out of touch with the injury situation, and how that’s playing out for the team.
ESPN is pure garbage.

It’s probably got more to do with the fact that Vegas has the most injured players lol.
That’s fine, we’ll be healthy and rested come playoff time
Smoke-Tarrlytons
What’s so bad about it? It’s pretty consistent with every other sports media. I would say that’s a pretty good ranking for where the numbers lay. I do think they have a good opportunity to punch above their power ranking. https://moneypuck.com/power.htm
