"The character of the person." Well done, Danny. Even without the recent drama and potential fallout from the Hockey Canada situation, maintaining a focus on the quality of the human being past the player is often overlooked in sports. It counts when you're building a truly great team.
Good work today GMDB. Now continue working the phones to move Walker, Seeler, Ristolainen, Atkinson, Hathaway, Staal, Sandstrom … and keep your ear on the ground about Hart.
As a leafs fan whose first game was Leafs vs Philly, I’ve always had a soft spot for the flyers (despite the fight that happened after the game, which believe it or not didn’t involve any Flyers fans) always liked the style of game they played. Especially like Owen Tippett

Just low how genuine Danny is. Honest straightforward communication.
Love Danny ..loved his play . especially his playoff play ..love this fu$ king guy
Educated gamble. Has the making of a huge steal in a few years. Love to see it
He is a breath of fresh air on how honest he is about things! I love it.
Briere and co are going to bring the cup back to Philly
I know a lot of us weren't thrilled getting Tippet when G was first traded. Boy what a steal he ended up being.
Owen is the new G. At least I hope so. We made out well. You can never really replace G. But hockey goes on
Show me someone who doesn’t like Danny, and I’ll show you a moron
