I was drafted as a habs fan in the slafkovsky mesar draft (im from slovakia) and they rekindled my love for nhl, i remember as a kid when quebec moved to colorado, i wittnessed greatness of Peter Stastny play for slovakia, avalanches always were one of my fav teams even if I did not follow them.
With all the bullshit that is going on in the world and recently in nhl too, i cannot express well enough how glad i am to see Avs standing tall and shielding us and support us like this. You guys have exceptional hockey team and yet you root for the underdogs too. Never change!
