He’s still only 25 with 2 years left at $8.7m AAV, which may be a little rich.
But a line of Aho, Svech, Laine would be monstrous.

No. No and no. Always something with him. Not the stability we need.
No thanks. That guy is just one problem after another. The talent is there, but way too much drama. We don’t need drama. And that contract is way too much for what you actually get out of him.
Didn’t we have a chance to sign him before he went to Cbus? Nah, not sure he fits in the system here.
I liked this idea a couple years back, now he is constantly hurt and the last thing we need is another fragile player that goes down when the Canes need him the most.
The PoolParty experiment failed miserably last year, no thanks on round 2.
