Jeff Paterson is the issue. He asked the question framed as if there was a controversy over it. Tocc isn't reading every article out there. He was just going off how the question was framed. Then Jpat goes on twitter talking about "oh i dont know where he got that idea from hurr durr durr" like the slack jawed snake that he is.
Remember when this team would lose 6-0, and we'd all just call it an off night and try to forget about it? I think it's the same thing for this team when they lose 4-3 in OT. It was an off night, just forget about it and move on.
Vancouver media can be brutal. Just constant non stop micro managing of issues just to make themselves relevant. No wonder Petey might be thinking of another place to play with the constant pressure.
Tocchett saying that Schenn didn't deserve a penalty was the issue I had. Same thing with Luke Richardson in Chicago on yhe Bedard hit. A coach needs to stand up for his players when a bad hit occurs
