I rememeber when this sub was in it’s usual meltdown mode just a few weeks ago. Knew we would be where we are now. Gotta believe in this team man. Super happy with our play recently, and as always…GO BOLTS!
I don’t think you could have scripted a much better 2024 so far. Going into the break 9-3 this year, Kuch tied for the points lead, doing a lot of this with depth players no one knew going into the season. Lot of reasons for optimism.
Get to fire the cannons on Gasparilla Day! Two wins in a day imo.
Now don’t get lazy over the break boys.
Another good game for Lilleberg. Turned a one game “let’s see” callup into a basically guaranteed spot on the team. Sheary still sucks, Vasy still suspect, but we scored enough that it didn’t matter. 14m in two dmen on IR and we look so much better without them, really wild stuff.

Great effort going into the break. One of the most dominant of the year considering the opponent. Don’t love giving up three goals in the third, but there was a response every time. Firmly in a wild card spot with a little breathing room, some of these metro teams are starting to fade.
Cmon guys if you want Kucherov to win the scoring race gotta let him pad those stat on the ENers

Honestly, I think we played a really solid game overall. Sure some bad slip ups that cost us but I chalk a lot of that up to just how many pure skill players the devil’s have.
That was an extremely important 2 points and we came home with it and didn’t have to go to OT for it either. Hell of a game.

You know what? Great game.
We gave them very few chances in the first, completely dominated the second, and then gave up a few in the third. A few defensive mistakes let them get back in it, but we never surrendered the lead and we never took our foot off the gas. Given how many rookies we have playing right now, it’s pretty impressive stuff.
Also, I thought our stars played great. Heddy didn’t have the strongest defensive game but he continues to be a beast on offense, and Kuch and Stammer were driving a lot of the offense. You love to see it.
Lilleberg, and Cozier have made a massive difference defensively. Imagine when Cernak, and Sergachev return.
9-3 this month. All losses on the road.
Great month and hopefully after the break we’ll get some guys back.

Good to see them winning the games they need to win.
So what happens after the break? I hope they don’t send the rookies down and bring back Serg and Cernak just because they’re healthy. And please don’t bring back Jeannot ,what a disappointment he has been. He may be able to fight (so I’m told) but he has zero game presence and can’t pass the puck for shit.
That’s 3 straight games with 6 goals scored, even if we needed a few empty nets in there it’s nice to see the offense coming through. Besides the penalty, best game so far from the rookies, gonna have to make some hard decisions after the break. And Kuch goes into the break at his rightful spot on the top of the leaderboard. Not much to not like here.
We realistically needed 6/8 going into this stretch and we got 7. We’re almost completely caught up to .600, and while Toronto and Detroit stay right on us the Metro is slipping hard, so there’s a good chance if one of the metro teams does go on a run they could slip into Metro 3 before Wildcard 2, which is only good for us.
