  1. Crosby is probably one of the few forwards potentially available I'd actually trade a 1st round pick for. The problems are that it would take a lot more than that, he'd be a rental, he's older now and I'd rather have a youngish top 4 defensive defenseman if I'm trading a 1st. Ideally, you don't trade those picks. That's a Jim Benning move.

  2. Ron Hextall listened to his request to keep Malkin and Letang, it would be illogical to trade him when his wishes have been granted. Dubas said he's gonna try to win as long as they're together. I think a Guentzel for Kuzmenko and future assets (like a prospect and draft pick) trade is much more realistic.

  3. why would sid waive his no move to go to vancouver 😂

if he agrees to a trade he's gonna wanna go to a contender lol

  4. Not a chance in hell this would happen. Some of these rumors are just ridiculous.

But just for fun I'd trade the Aquilini family to Pittsburgh for Malkin

  5. lol I would never give up our prospects just to have a couple years of Crosby…we already have a cup caliber team with prospects in the pipeline. I'd say we have a longer window without him

  6. Highly highly highly doubt this would ever happen but man I teal ya whattt I’d sell all our prospects and kuzzy in a heart beat for that

  7. Remember how Horvat’s point production, especially goal scoring fell off a cliff last year, when he went to the NYI? That’s what would happen with Crosby: His play will fall off a cliff because he’s entering a new system without enough time to integrate. Canucks should focus on acquiring more depth and hanging onto their top prospects

  8. I like the idea of Sid in Van. But how would you create Cap space for him? I think that is where the idea fails. But you just never know with Jim and Pattrik

  9. Bro I would rather have two young rookies who are insane players over Crosby who is in his late 30s😂

  10. Did you run this idea by our capologist? We'd have to move a lot of money off of our current roster, which would kind of defeat the purpose of adding to our lineup.
