Vrabel is 55-44 2 wins 3 loss playoff coach. The dude literally took over a playoff up rising team and won games with the best RB in the NFL. He won with good DC and Offensive Cordinators, but we saw how his teams played with medicocre ones and his buddies.
It was for the best and its time to move on.
Wesley was spitting facts, we all seen it the past 2 season on the field the players didn’t want to play for this man, of course the players didn’t talk about how bad their HC was but u could see it in Henry and Big Jeff’s face‼️

I don’t think he’s fully anti vrabel . If he was he wouldn’t have gave him a A as a head coach grade . They asked him on air to grade his time as the coach and gave them a A. He might not like him but he still gave him props as a coach. But I agree with Austin . Wesley was just saying how some the team felt and it’s warranted with vrabels ego

I bet Jack Gentry thinks firing Dean Pees for Shane Bowen was a good idea and that hiring and extending Todd Downing was just fine and that firing Titan's long time strength and conditioning coach for an unproven college coach and having the most injuries in NFL history for 3 years after was just fine and dandy
Doesn't take much intelligence to realize what Wesley Woodard was saying it's not that they wanted to lose it's just that they weren't all in on the head coach and his mini me ego. very evident that latter year teams weren't all in on the head coach either I've been saying for 2 years the players laid down on Mike but the media loves his false bravado like Jack gentry
