I think the most surprising part is Reinhart maintaining his pace. In the first 10-20 games of the season, it’s not unheard of to see non-typical players jump into the top of the league in points or goals. But to see someone sustain it over over half a season? Impressive.
Before this season, Reinhart’s best was 21-22 with 33 goals (he’s at 37 today).
His highest pace per 82 games was 20-21 at 38, and he’s pretty much there are roughly half the games played. Very impressive.

Its kinda crazy that Matthews is on pace for the best goal-scoring season of any player in over 30 years, but his name is barley mentioned when people talk about Hart candidates for this year. Shows just how insane this year is for star players

Reinhart’s still shooting at 27.6 percent, every week I expect his percentage to start to dip and I think it’s gone up since the last time I checked, lol

Edit: [13 days ago, his percentage has gone up, lol](https://www.reddit.com/r/hockey/s/XhFLCQNzMZ)
Don’t check my history of J.T. Miller-related comments, I’ve already been eating shit far too much this season
