This might be unpopular, and I’m hype as anyone about Michkov, but he’s still 3 years out. We’re gonna go mad if we get worked up over every Sochi game until 2026. Appreciate the updates though!
Not gonna lie, he looked horrific today. A lot of it was just him looking completely totally gassed though, which is somewhat expected since he played yesterday (and had a food game I’ll add) and I’m sure is still feeling the impact of pneumonia. It happens
1 bad game out of how many others where he’s had all star performances. No one should be worried at all.

Michkov, like all the rest of them, is a lottery ticket. One with a bigger potential payout than most 7OA picks. But banking on him being elite at the NHL level is a huge mistake
