Florida obviously won this trade
Assuming Hoffman doesn't get in any scandals in Florida then he'll play well with Florida. Florida still has a huge hill to climb against Tampa, Toronto, and Boston. Don't know what happened to the 2015 team where they were a year or two away from cup contention.
If the series of trades allows Ottawa to retain Karlsson, they win. If not, sure, they lost. Big time.

LOVE the trade. Getting someone like Hoffman for a 2nd rounder is such a steal and not like SJ lost this trade imo, they both just raped Ottawa. And Hoffman’s back in their conference lol
