Cory Williams LEAVES Legion/Cory Lockwood JOINS Legion: Transfer/Team News on The American Peloton

Cory Williams is headed from Legion of LA to the sister team of Miami Blazers. Does this shift the balance? Is this Blazers year? Meanwhile NCL teams Miami Nights and Denver Disruptors continue to strengthen their rosters after big cuts late last year. We’re also talking about who’s racing where!? NCL, ACC, USA Crits, CRIT…. it’s a lot to untangle this season and teams are going to have to pick a focus.

  1. The Hosking bikes look really nice and a great value. But the stack to reach ratio is very upright – almost the same as the Trek Domane

  2. Cory and Justin don't really enjoy racing on the same team. Plus, with Miami being not-great they need to shake it up and get some wins. I just think it's dumb how they try to make a big deal about it. It's not like it changes anything for Cory

  3. The changes on Miami Nights is clearly an attempt to relate more to the Miami audience. When you attend a group ride or race in Miami you NEVER see a Blazers or Nights rider. Nobody in that area cares about these teams because those teams aren't present in the area, people think it's a joke.

  4. Aviators does seem sorta dead and I can't imagine them continuing with Vitus (whose NA branch was dissolved,) but it looks like Luke Fetzer is a recent new addition…and possibly a namechange from Aviators to Outlaws. I think you need to do some digging.

  5. CS Velo looking p good going into the year for anyone curious 🫡.

Glad these are back boys, the algo might not like the long form, but we all do.

  6. Thanks again for covering domestic racing. On a side note it cracks me up when you post these on reddit and get so much negativity about Legion, crit racing and US racing, when most people going there are looking for training answers for their upcoming races, many of them crit races. I just don't get it.
