While I’m sympathetic to being pure neutral, the legal system has the presumption of innocence as it’s basis for a reason. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, whether they are Star NHL players or an average Joe on the street. If they’re guilty then they need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
Team Canada is culpable in this case too. Being aware of the assault and using children’s hockey fees as a “settlement “ slush fund with hopes of sweeping the crime under the rug is beyond contempt. It’s a very sad day for hockey.
Either way you slice it, you trade current defenseman for offense, or trade defensive prospects for the same thing. IMO Gulyayev is the furthest away from joining and the most expendable.

Love Bo but…Bo, RJ probably a 1st if needed for a 2c but we better get someone Kadri level or better. I wouldnt mind RJ on the 4th but his cap his is stupid. Oh I dont think they will trade Malinski cause he doesnt have to go thru wavers. Thats a nice bonus to have on the dl. Oh to add Bo's concussion issues have been a concern to me personally. No doubt thats been an issue.
Also idk who would even take RJ with that contract right now. Is it me just hating on him? The night he ran into Cogs in our D zone couple weeks back i was like this guy is still just lost. Its also sad they throw him out for a faceoff and have to pull him off the ice asap. That to me says it all. Especially for 4 mill cap hit. Its odd cause the first 10 games maybe he was killer. Maybe the coaches see something we dont.
Its the 6 year contract for wood and people who dont watch the Avs (which is most hockey writers).
I dont even vote for Avs players for the All Star game. Hopefully they all loose so they can go lay on a beach somewhere. Get rid of the game and ill start voting for Avs again
